an all-new convention
that focuses almost exclusively on the world of webcomics! Join
our own Danny "RazorFox" Valentini and Donnie
Sturges as we pop a squat in their Artist Alley, and sit in
on a panel or three throughout the weekend. Join us, along with a
host of other webcomic luminaries as we rock the Capitol! September 17 - 19, 2010 :: Atlanta, Georgia And once again, we're hitting Anime Weekend Atlanta, one of our own Danny Valentini's all-time favorite conventions in one of his favorite cities. Come see Danny as he contaminates the Artist Alley with the stench of awesomess! Commissions, merch, and perhaps a certain 2011 Draconia Chronicles Calendar will be on hand, so make your plans now to join us in Hotlanta, G-A!  March 26 - 28, 2010 :: Atlanta, Georgia This was Danny's first furry convention in almost five years (the last being Mephit Furmeet in 2005; couldn't make 2006 due to bad weather that resulted in cancelled flights). The last time he attended one, mentions of The Draconia Chronicles garnered blank stares and a total lack of recognition. Fast-forward five years to Furry Weekend Atlanta 2010, and it's a total turnaround. Danny got to meet a smattering of avid fans who'd been following the series for years, knew the characters almost better than Donnie and I did, and had lots of great, thought-provoking questions about the series. He also got to know a bunch of new fans-in-the-making who were intrigued about the series, and so we welcome each of you with wide open arms! Big ups to Tamarik, Varry, Oreo, Jared Fox, Drenthe, DrKrazy, Colley, Drakeil, Rabbi Tom, Boneitis, Jay Naylor, LizardBeth, Ashley, Patches, Dice, Donryu, Mae, and... Aw heck, Danny met a LOT of people there, so he just KNOWS he's leaving someone out, and so we're just going to cap it there and say that Danny had a great time, and he hopes you did, too, when you got to meet him! Will we be back at FWA in 2011? Keep your peepers peeled. |
